Privacy

Raw audio is not uploaded. The app processes temporary audio on the device, stores derived sound metrics, and deletes the temporary recording after measurement. Location is used only when you attach evidence to a place; residential precision is reduced before public display. Optional notes stay private until moderation approval. Signed-in users can export their account and contribution data, block contributors, delete contributions, and permanently delete their account. If enabled for a release, privacy-filtered crash diagnostics send only fixed error codes, release data, exception type and stack frames to Sentry; no account identity, notes, audio, location, requests, screenshots or replay are sent.
